12-Week Behavioral Self-Regulation Program (BSR-12)
BSR-12 is a structured, individualized psycho-educational program designed to teach skills that will help stabilize mood, improve emotional regulation, increase capacity for interpersonal connection and allow for the development of healthy relationships. Research-based content, in-session activities and weekly independent practice assignments promote skill development and improved coping to increase stress resilience and reduce anxiety and depression.
In this program, you will learn:
- CBT and ACT-based strategies to manage negative thoughts
- Self management tools to address physical symptoms of distress
- Communication skill training to improve interpersonal relationships
- Skills and strategies to create grounding toolkit for emotional regulation
- Graded exposure plan to reduce avoidance of anxiety inducing situations
- Self regulation strategies to improve time management and reduce procrastination
