I work with young adults, adults, older adults, and professionals dealing with overwhelming anxiety, depression, PTSD, or body image issues. I also focus on health-related issues such as eating disorders and insomnia, offering strategies to improve relationships with food and sleep patterns.
What makes my therapy unique:

2. Evidence-Based Approaches: Utilizing CBT, DBT, and MBSR to provide effective treatment.
3. Gestalt Therapy: Emphasizing present-moment awareness to connect physical symptoms with emotional experiences.
4. Personalized Treatment Plans: Customizing approaches based on each client’s background and goals.
5. Focus on Sleep and Insomnia: Offering specialized interventions to improve sleep quality.

Clients can expect improved mental health, enhanced self-esteem, better sleep quality, greater self-awareness, effective stress management, and achievement of personal goals.
I graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology in 2022. My diverse career includes roles in private practices, universities, and community mental health centers in the California Central Valley. At the San Mateo Medical Center, I specialized in helping individuals with chronic pain, deepening my understanding of the connection between physical and mental health.
Outside the office, I love traveling, staying active with running, weight lifting, and hiking, reading psychology, philosophy, and science, and spending quality time with my family. These interests help me stay balanced and compassionate in my work.
