Danielle Miller is a psychological associate and mental health therapist in San Diego. (Registered Psychological Associate #94028977 supervised by Danielle Hanley, Psy.D. She has a broad range of experience working with individuals from different backgrounds with clinical issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as guiding clients with more generalized issues such as discontent with life, lack of motivation, relationship issues, or feelings of emptiness. Her specialty areas include life transitions, identity development, and the journey of self-understanding and self-love. She uses a lens that integrates developmental factors, attachment style, conditioned behaviors, and current life stressors. Clients describe their sessions with Danielle as warm and engaging, where they feel understood, supported, and challenged all at the same time. 

Danielle uses a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, honoring each individual’s unique differences and treatment needs. She blends timeless Eastern techniques (e.g., mindfulness, grounding) with modern evidence-based practice, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.  She believes that mental health treatment is much greater than treating symptoms, it is a gateway to helping clients thrive and feel satisfied within themselves and their lives.
