Lynn Harris is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT # 137105 supervised by Jesalyn Eatchel LCSW 27613) and psychotherapist working via telehealth in San Diego. She has a broad range of experience counseling adolescents, young adults and individuals from different backgrounds with clinical issues ranging from depression, anxiety, and trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, religious trauma, grief and loss, gender identity, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and neurodiversity, as well as guiding family members of individuals with these diagnoses here in San Diego. Lynn specializes therapeutically in the areas of those experiencing grief and loss, the neurodiverse community and is a strong ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. She feels honored and welcomes those seeking support to explore identity into the therapeutic space.
Lynn uses her previous career in education, passion for equity and equality, and integrates evidence-based modalities that include EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, parts work, DBT, and psychodynamic therapies to honor clients and help them on their journey. She also utilizes mindfulness and grounding in the treatment process. She believes therapy that empowers the client and is client-centered helps build self-esteem and confidence for clients.
