Licensed Clinical Psychologist
++Dr. Kruger is not currently accepting new clients
Dr. Natasha Kruger is a clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of both acute and developmental trauma, as well as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Natasha’s approach combines practical skill building with experiential work that enables clients to identify the source of their challenges, connect with their own inherent wisdom, and undo the patterns that are keeping them stuck.
Much of Dr. Kruger’s approach draws on DBT, IFS, and somatic therapies all of which rely on a foundation of mindfulness practice. Dr. Kruger weaves these approaches together to help clients learn skills to improve managing intense emotions, communication in relationships, and identifying their own values, wants, and needs, as well as to support deeper healing of patterns rooted in early life experiences.
Over the course of Dr. Kruger’s career, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide array of individuals in many diverse settings, including intensive outpatient, intensive case management, private practice, and schools. She also brings a broad array of experience to her work, including training in meditation, ecopsychology, and expressive arts.
